Jim Madany, DDS
Dr. Jim Madany, a skilled and highly trained dentist, is committed to creating healthy, beautiful smiles for each of his patients. He specializes in a full range of cosmetic dentistry procedures – including cosmetic veneers, bonding, bridges and tooth colored fillings. He has expanded his range of services to also include endodontics (root canals), tooth extractions, and dental implants – from single tooth replacement to full mouth implant reconstruction. Whether you are in need of a full mouth restoration or a subtle change, Dr. Madany brings the expertise, knowledge and experience to make your dream of a dazzling smile a reality.
He has been practicing outstanding dentistry for almost 20years. He completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI and then went on to obtain his dental degree at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2005 and continues to remain at the forefront with ongoing postgrad training in study clubs, seminars, and dental organizations. Dr. Madany is also a member of the Academy for Sports Dentistry. He proudly supports our local school sports teams and also provides treatment for athletic mouthguards.
John Artemenko
Dr. Artemenko was born in Chicago and grew up in the nearby suburbs. He attended the University of Michigan where he met his wife, Laura, who is from Dearborn. They have three adult children: John, Lauren and Matthew who all attended Oakland University and live in Lake Orion.
Having been accepted into University Of Illinois College of Dentistry after five undergraduate semesters, Dr. Artemenko graduated from dental school with Honors and then completed an optional Dental Residency at Sinai Hospital of Detroit. Going into private practice, he remained on prosthodontic teaching staff for the residency program at Sinai Hospital and the Detroit Medical Center for over 20 years. "Dr. A " had his own practice in Sterling Heights for over 30 years and focused on aesthetics, tooth reconstruction and tooth replacement. He has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education and was instrumental in developing a Study Club involving more than a dozen local dentists who have shared knowledge and patient treatment support for over 33 years. While practicing in Sterling Heights, he served on the Macomb County Dental Society Executive Board, Peer Review Committee and was appointed as the dental society's representative to the Professional Relations Committee for Delta Dental of Michigan. He was also on the Board of Directors of the Warren, Centerline & Sterling Heights Chamber of Commerce as well as being on their Government Relations Committee.
After careful consideration, derived from their mutual commitment to high level patient care, Dr. Madany and Dr. Artemenko agreed to bring their practices together in 2021. As a result, Dr. Artemenko became part of Madany Dental. The transition has brought their skills and staffs together to provide excellent, compassionate dental treatment to our patients.
